Has my order been shipped yet ?
As soon as your order is shipped , you will receive an email to cornfirm that it´s on the way, your order can be tracked whit www.postdanmark.dk or www.ups.com
What should i do if i received a faulty item?
ZARKOP stands for the highest quality, we quality check all items carefully for errors and a valid a tag is placed.
All product must live up to our standards, but our customer are the most important so to shorten your waiting time, attached photos and send them t0 info@zarkop.dk with your odrer number and a short description.
What should I do if I have received the wrong items - size?
Unfortunately errors happens, send it back and we will send you the right products, you will not be burdened by additional costs, and we credit you your expenses you may have to return. Remember to save a copy for you self when you return at the postal service, please send a copy of the postal bill so we can return the correct amount back.
I received a partial odrer?
Sometimes we send full a partial odrer away, so you can get your goods faster, check your mail for info about your orders, if a items is not in stock it will be shipped as soon as possible, otherwise call us at +45 49 21 08 68

We have a simple and very easy return service, you have14 day´s return policy on your orders from the day you receive it - please send the item´s back in original packaging - shoe boxes - hang tags - price tags must be intact and our quality tags / and the return label is attached on the item which is yours and our security that the product is intact and not used.
ZarkoP.dk reserves the rights to refuse any returns which do not comply whith the above listed criteria.
As soon as we receive your return package a expeditons time,can be up to 7 working days. Your money will be refunded to the same card you used online. This is to avoid illegally using stolen credit cards. Please keep your postal receipt . As it is the only evidence you have of dukumentation of the goods have been shipped.
How do I fill a Return form?
Please fill out the return form provided by us, include in the return package.
