Returns

 

All goods can be returned within 14 days from date of receipt. If you regret your purchase, please return the item in same essential condition you received it. You pay the return freight for goods returned. Remember to ask for proof of shipment. The amount credited to your account within 7 working days. Please complete the enclosed return form with name, invoice no. and that you would like a refund.The amount will be returned to your creditcard  You can also cancel by denying receipt, in this case charged a handling fee of DKK. 15 EUR, - for shipping and postage.

Liability / Warranty of ZARKOP.DK
Should there be errors in an expedition please enclose your name and invoice number, preferably written on the exchange and return note included with your order. This return note completed and returned with the goods. The complaint will be repaired or replaced by a new delivery within 14 working days of receipt. if we cant  replacemene the item , the amount will be  credited within 7 days. In addition, of course, the 2-year limitation period under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. There must be given within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect in the product, if given within two mounths .efter a  defect was discovered the claim is always timely, this condition of course that the complaint is justified and the defect is not due to misuse of the product or other injurious .we  carge -back  shipping costs you may have with a return goods once a complaint is entltled. if you wish to complain about a product, it must be sent  to Zarko P STENGADE 48 3000 HELSINGØR  DK, please describe the error in a memo together with the item, please ask for a receipt for sending so we can carge back your shipping costs.

 We are entitled to refuse your claim if the original receipt is not included

In our store you can pay with debit card, visa debit card, MasterCard, Euro Card, Visa Electron, Maestro & JCB.
There can never pulled a larger amount than you have approved at the acquisition.
Orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Ordering products has a longer delivery time. Normal delivery time to addresses in Denmark is 1-2 days after the purchase. All items are shipped with Post Denmark & UPS.All goods are supplied while stocks last. ZARKOP.dk have intelligent logistics and inventory in stores, as well as in NETshops so everything works as a great ONE. Item are displayed only on the Web site if they are in stock and ready for sale. At www.zarkop.dk we will not charge any card fee
